Hi everyone! My name is Marielle and I started a blog on a whim. I had big dreams that I would become instantly popular for no particular reason, but that didn't exactly happen. Despite that fact, I keep on writing reviews for the few followers that I have and hope that they like them!
Ever since I can remember, I've loved to read. Even when I was too young to be literate, I demanded that someone in my family read to me every night. The first long book I remember trying to read, when I was about six, is Harry Potter. You can imagine how that went over. Let's just say that it didn't exactly go smoothly. Now, I read mostly YA fiction and my favorites are historical fiction, dystopias, and paranormal fiction. Pretty much anything that isn't "normal."
I have a very irrational love for the color pink and my Chihuahua, Taffy. I love them just as much as I love to read and write. That's saying something. I am a self-prescribed shopoholic and I love nothing more than a day shopping, well, pretty much anywhere. I am also in love with Ben & Jerry's Phish Food ice cream and I could eat it everyday for the rest of my existence, which would probably be very short if I only ate ice cream. Oh, and Anastasia has been my favorite movie since I was, like, four. I seriously love that movie, as well as all musicals. As a matter of fact, I wish my life were a musical. I mean, how exciting would that be?
